The Business Owners of RoadPacker Group Ltd/RoadPacker International Ltd wish to categorically state that International Ionic Soil Stabilizer Industry Limited, Longkuoxilu 1604, Guangzhou 510630, are in no way connected to RoadPacker Group Ltd/RoadPacker International Ltd which has been actively trading in Australia since 1989 and Canada since 1996. Furthermore, the product names RoadPacker and RoadBond and RoadPacker Clay Brick Stabiliser has been a registered product name in Canada since 1996, as has the 'business expression, “Your Road in A Drum”. All of which International Ionic Soil Stabilizer Industry Limited has opted to use aberrantly in the conduct of their own business - without proper attribution or recompense.

The domain name roadpacker.com, and the website presently residing there, has nothing to do with the RoadPacker Group Ltd/ RoadPacker International Ltd regardless of the similarity of the information contained therein. This domain name, roadpacker.com, was unfortunately allowed to drop through the cracks of our company’s administrative function some years ago and International Ionic Soil Stabilizer Industry Limited mischievously registered it in 2002.

RoadPacker Group Ltd/RoadPacker International Ltd has registered RoadPacker type domain names in some 30 countries worldwide and continue to be annoyed and disappointed by this Australian/Chinese Company that has used questionable tactics to usurp and profit from the good name of RoadPacker.

NB: They have also behaved equally reprehensibly with the name of another leader in the Soil Stabilisation Industry, ISS 2500 from South Africa.

International Ionic Soil Stabilizer Industry Limited initially used RoadPacker & ISS as their company and product names, registered in China - where nothing could be done to fight them in the courts without spending an obscene amount of money, with no certainty of gaining satisfaction. This being the case we have little other recourse than to post this public disclaimer here.
